The product is fine, though for some reason the belt is thicker than the previous belt, so the machine runs much louder. The product took over two weeks to get to my house; if I had known that it would take that long, I would have purchased it elsewhere.

I'm sure the item was excellent; however, due to a mistake in my catalog accompanying my sweeper, I ordered the wrong item and never got a chance to try it out. Amazon and the supplier, Go Vacuum, did everything right in shipping the item in a timely manner. In addition, the supplier did everything right in providing a substitute item.
The problem occurred when the original item was returned. It is doubtful that my credit card would have ever been credited for the returned item had I not called Go Vacuum to report that my credit card issuer had informed me that Go Vacuum had not credited me for the returned item, despite the fact that several weeks had passed. The problem was resolved quickly after my call, but I didn't like the way this situation was mishandled.
